We’re thrilled to open vendor registration for the next Central Oregon Cards & Collectibles Show on April 12th, 2025. Following the overwhelming success of our November event, which attracted over 1,000 collectors, this show promises to deliver another day of great sales, networking, and community engagement. • Standard booths include one 8x3 table and two chairs.
• Premium booths include three 8x3 tables and three chairs.
You may rearrange your booth as long as you stay within your space. Please let us know ahead of time if you prefer to not have the included tables or chairs. Electricity is available to booths along the wall, as indicated on the table map below. Please bring your own extension cord and plan to coordinate with fellow vendors if they need access to the same outlets.

7:00am - Vendor access & check-in available.
8:45am - Vendors must be setup and ready.
9:00am - Doors open to the public.
4:00pm - Doors close to the public.
6:00pm - Must be packed up and off premises.
