We're excited to officially open vendor registration for the November 7th Central Oregon Cards & Collectibles Show. Our May event was our biggest yet, drawing a crowd of over 2,000 adults along with overwhelmingly positive feedback about the new venue. This fall, we're doubling down on our marketing to deliver an even bigger turnout and a non-stop flow of energized buyers. If you're looking for a well-organized show, an eager customer base, and a proven environment for sales and networking, we'd love to have you join us.
• Standard booths include two cushioned chairs and one 8x3 table.
• Premium booths include three cushioned chairs and two 8x3 tables in a "L" shape.
• Elite booths include four cushioned chairs and three 8x3 tables in a "U" shape.
All tables will come standard with black fitted tablecloths.
You may rearrange your booth as long as you stay within your space. Please let us know ahead of time if you prefer to not have the included tables or chairs. Electricity is available to booths along the wall and some booths in the middle, locations of outlets is still pending. Please bring your own extension cord, safety tape and plan to coordinate with fellow vendors if they need access to the same outlets.

7:00am - Vendor access & check-in available.
8:45am - Vendors must be setup and ready.
9:00am - Doors open to the public.
4:00pm - Doors close to the public.
6:00pm - Must be packed up and off premises.
